HOW THICK ARE THESE?

Our Reversible range and custom ranges are 7mm, the legally accepted thickness for most competitions from weightlifting and crossfit federations.
How should I size?

Following the size chart above should be spot on for most people. If you like them tighter size down, for maximum compression see our Elite and HD range. These are the perfect inbetweeners of giving support and compression while still being appropriate for workouts.
Do they come in sets of 2?

Yes, all knee sleeve purchases come with two knee sleeves and our reversible giving you two options for different styles.

Don't mind my form please...got lots of mobility ground to make up after Achilles surgery last year. That being said....I LOVE THESE SLEEVES SO MUCH!! They were a little thicker than I expected but when I put them on, they felt SO good. I used the size chart on the site when I ordered and they fit great. PR'd my deadlift at 275 today and my knees didn't feel a thing!

Great knee sleeves for lifting and WODs! I chose the perfect size for me after measuring, and then choosing the size based on the website sizing chart. I used these for walking lunges the other day in a WOD because my knees are old and my kneecaps are tender little babies, and they worked a treat! You can't go wrong with leopard print anything!
