RETURNS/REFUND REQUIREMENTS

The returning item(s) must be in original Frog™ packaging and unused, unmarked and in perfect re-sellable condition in order to be accepted! (Your return will be assessed upon arrival and may be rejected if these terms are not met.)

Original contents include: microfibre towel (Elite Grips), sweatbands, warranty tag, Frog Grips branded grips bag with barcode and sticker attached.

All returns must be processed within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase/receipt present.

The cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.

Unless the product is faulty, reshipping of exchanged goods will be at the customer’s expense.

Restocking & handling fees may apply. An invoice will be sent to the customer and must be paid prior to goods being shipped.

There will be a processing time of approximately 1 week from the goods being received back to our warehouse and your replacement goods being shipped back out.

Due to the nature of our products, items that show signs of use may be deemed non-resellable and therefore ineligible for return unless they are faulty.

GRIPS WARRANTY

We offer a 6-month warranty on all structural damage to the grips that do not align with usual wear and tear.

If you experience any unusual damage not related to high volume use then please take a picture and send to us at help@froggrips.com 

We reserve the right to decide whether a refund or replacement is needed depending on the damage presented.

For the grips, a price refund for general wear and tear due to usage is not eligible.

This warranty is to cover all manufacturing defects and faults that present a threat to the safety, functionality or structure of the product. This includes delamination, discolouration on arrival, significant tearing or structural/stitching damage.

However, the warranty does not cover wear except in extreme circumstances, e.g. worn to the point of being ineffectual within 1 month of purchase.

*Warranty does not include grip bags and complimentary sweatbands given with purchase of grips.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws and does not limit those rights.

REFUNDS 

(if applicable)

Will be processed once the product is returned to us and the issue with the product confirmed by our service team.

All product packaging and contents must be present and product in as-new condition unless the item is faulty.

If a refund is confirmed to be justified, a credit will be processed to your original payment method.

A refund/order replacement will not be issued until all products are returned and arrive at our warehouse and are assessed by our service team.

If a product is confirmed to be faulty, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Canadian consumer law. In such cases, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by us.

SHIPPING / TRANSIT

Orders are shipped via third-party carriers.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at help@froggrips.com  so we can assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Canadian consumer law, including in cases of lost or damaged goods.

SALES

Discounts for specific sales will not be honoured outside of the sale period.

Refunds or price matching for sales will not be issued for orders placed outside of the given period.

Sale items may be returned for a refund, so long as they meet the required standards (please see Return Requirements above).

EXCHANGES

  1. The exchange process can take between 10–30 days depending on location and shipping times.

  2. Please be sure to include your full name and the original Order Number on your return.

  1. You may be required to upload an image of the product you are attempting to return in its current condition WITH original Frog packaging.

  2. As per our terms, the cost of returns each way is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES / DUTIES

For Canadian customers, orders may be subject to applicable GST/HST/PST and import duties depending on your province.

These charges are not controlled by Frog™ and are the responsibility of the customer.

If duties or taxes are refused or not paid, the carrier may be unable to complete delivery. In such cases, the order may be returned or destroyed, and any refund may be reduced by shipping costs and any fees incurred.
