If you're used to neoprene knee sleeves, these will often run one size down for best fit, depending on tightness preferred

As a mid 40’s mum who has found the spark back in the gym, but the body likes to remind me I’m not as youthful as I like to think I am- the joints need that bit of extra support as my escapades get heavier and more frequent. They are super supportive but also stretchy and stay in place extremely well! I had a hard time finding knee sleeves that fit my leg type and these won by far! All of their products are great, honestly.
Love these knee sleeves! They give just enough compression that my knees feel great squatting but aren’t too restricting for me to use them during metcons.

I’d like it if they came with some tips on how to remove them as getting them off is a little tricky
These feal like they've gone too far away from the initial version of the WOD sleeve. I know from the blurb they've got more rigidity/support from the triple ply knee sleeve. I bought the xs, as it suggested sizing down, and they were too tight. I've subsequently bought size small and I still have some issues with blood flow because of their tightness. Good idea, but the advantages of the initial version have completely gone and I didn't buy this knee sleeve to support a heavy squat. I look version to version 3, which strikes a better balance for use in WODs.
